Inspiración
Los Metallica querían titular a su primer disco "Metal up your ass" [el metal se mete por tu culo] con una portada en la que salía una mano de un váter sujetando una navaja. Los productores no lo permitieron al considerarlo demasiado macarra así que terminaron titulando al disco "kill'em all" como queriendo decir "mata a todos los productores".
El segundo disco ["Ride the lightning" '84] tuvieron que producirlo ellos mismos ya que nadie quería colaborar con ellos tras esa primera historia. Para el tercer disco ["Master of puppets" '86] ya tenían cola esperando para trabajar con ellos.

Inspiration
Metallica wanted call their first album "Metal up your ass". On the cover there would be a hand with a knife emerging from a w.c but the producers didn't accept that idea because it was too radical. At the end the album was named "Kill'em all" which meaning is "kill all the producers".
The second album ["Ride the lightning" '84] was produced by themselves because nobody wanted work with them after this story. When the third one ["Master of puppets" '86] was announced, they had a rain of offers.
