Inspiración.
Tercer álbum de la banda y el que sirvió para encumbrar a Slayer como una de los más grandes nombres de la escena Trash Metal.
La iconografia de su portada, un homenaje al "Ángel de Mengele" generó gran controversia acerca de si el grupo compartía ideales nazis, siempre desmentido por ellos afirmando que le insteresa el tema como suceso histórico en sí.
Ésto, unido al sonido duro y letras violentas, sirvió para poner encontra de la banda a un importante sector de la sociedad conservadora americana que veía en su música algo dañino y censurable.
A día de hoy, Slayer sigue siendo uno de los grupos en activo más representativos y fieles al Trash Metal.

Inspiration.
This is the third album of Slayer and the most important one because they became one of the biggest bands after doing it.
The imagery is taken form "Death Angel of Mengele", thats why they were assiociated to Nazism and had many problems in consecuence with a critic part of society.
They have also violent content in their lyrics and this is the excuse that the conservative sector uses to protest against the way of their music, which is named trash because is damaging to a society.
Nowadays Slayer still being on of the most influencial Heavy bands ever. Always faithful to the rude Trash Metal genre. Fans know this.
