Este fue el primer concierto de rock que permitieron hacer en Rusia y la primera vez que una banda americana tocaba allí. Tuvo lugar tras la caída del muro dos años antes.
Los Pantera compatían cartel con Black crowes, AC/DC y Metallica. Casi nada.
